We visited with Ron recently, and listened as he described Grendzinski Plumbing's services;

Grendzinski Plumbing has been serving the plumbing, water and gas line installation, and drain cleaning needs of Northeast Ohio residents for thirty-two years. We handle both new installations and repairs, including hot water tank replacement, electric sewer cleaning, toilets, and sink and bathtub drains. Our service area ranges from Medina to Mentor, and we go practically anywhere by referral.

We are clean, neat, polite, and offer fast response to our customers' calls. There is never a charge for a service call. I go to the home, review the work that needs done, and quote a price for the complete job so our customers always know the price before we start to work. There are no hidden costs, and we do not charge extra for evening and weekend calls. Rather than tell people that we will be there between certain hours, we tell them exactly what time we will arrive. If we find that we are not going to be on time, we call them to let them know we are running behind and what time we will be there.

I do most of the work myself with the assistance of my helper, George Phillips, and my son, Ron. George is very experienced and has been with me for eight years. Regardless of who is helping, I am on the job site the entire time.
