A Party 4 All is a complete party event planning service providing everything from start to finish for any type of party. We plan children's parties, adult parties, and corporate management meetings and teambuilding days. All of our events are custom designed to fit your individual needs and preferences, and can include games, crafts, music, goodie bags or personalized favors, food, beverages, supplies, set-up, clean-up, and more!
Children's parties are available for birthdays, graduations, first communions, sweet sixteen parties, boy and girl scout troops, church groups, sports teams, and other school events. We can custom design a party around any theme you can imagine, and provides games, crafts, and activities suited to the age of the children and the location of the party. If you want to run the party yourself, I can provide a breakdown of how long each activity should take, in addition to providing the crafts, games, decorations, and cupcakes and frosting for you or the children to decorate as you wish. If you want us to run the party for you, we will bring everything needed for us to handle everything from set-up to clean-up. Should you be having an adult gathering and need a way to keep the children entertained, we can keep them occupied with crafts, games, and music so you and your friends can celebrate without being interrupted.
We plan adult parties to celebrate anniversaries, baby showers, birthdays, bridal showers, class reunions, engagements, family reunions, house warmings, and practically any other event you wish to celebrate. Parties can be hosted in your home, or at local community centers, churches, retirement communities, or rented halls. Each event is custom designed and can be as simple or lavish as you desire.
For corporate clients, we can plan retirement parties, holiday parties, company picnics, and employee appreciation parties. We will design off-site teambuilding events, employee recognition programs, company logo branded give-a-ways, and management meetings, complete with finding a suitable location, hiring the caterers, and securing guest speakers.
